Student Assistant - Provost

Student Temporary (OPS) work. Students working up to 32 hours per week are exempt from FICA (Social Security) deductions if they follow appropriate IRS guidelines. Must be enrolled half time for the semester appointed (6 credits for undergraduate students and 5 credits for graduate students). Foreign National Students must be enrolled full time (12 credits for undergraduate students and 9 credits for graduate students). Exceptions to the half time requirement are granted if: • The student is in his/her last semester and is enrolled in the number of credit hours needed to complete his/her degree requirement; or, • The student is enrolled in a thesis or dissertation course.
