Learning Designer II

*Location: Onsite at the USF Tampa Campus *Salary Range: $72,000 to $80,000

The Learning Designer II facilitates the development of high-quality digital instructional materials and online courses, based in sound learning theory and learning Design best practices. Collaborates with faculty, learning designers, and other stakeholders to design and develop interactive and media-rich content, serving as project leader on assigned projects. Evaluates online courses and makes recommendations for improvements based on the Florida Quality Review process. Produces digital assets and multimedia solutions while adhering to quality standards, student learning outcomes, and production timelines. Articulates the scope, challenges, solutions, methodology, and impact of all learning design projects through the use of project plans, case studies, and scope documents. Collaborates with internal teams to develop customized solutions to meet faculty needs and student learning outcomes.
