Drive sales performance by promoting, demonstrating, and selling diagnostic and refraction equipment to hospitals and ophthalmologists, meeting agreed targets.
Plan and conduct customer visits across Sweden, including equipment demonstrations, installations, and follow‑up support.
Deliver customer training and technical assistance, ensuring effective use of equipment and long‑term satisfaction.
Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, presenting instruments and supporting marketing initiatives.
Build strong relationships across the optical industry and identify new business opportunities.
Support internal teams by sharing product expertise and contributing to the development of the Instruments team’s knowledge.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity, maintaining up‑to‑date product and industry knowledge.
Provide regular reports and insights to the Instrument Manager.
Follow all Health & Safety guidelines, including PPE requirements, and ensure the safety of visitors, contractors, and partners on site.
