Sweden Sales Representative - Optical Medical Devices

Job Description

  • Drive sales performance by promoting, demonstrating, and selling diagnostic and refraction equipment to hospitals and ophthalmologists, meeting agreed targets.
  • Plan and conduct customer visits across Sweden, including equipment demonstrations, installations, and followup support.
  • Deliver customer training and technical assistance, ensuring effective use of equipment and longterm satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events, presenting instruments and supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships across the optical industry and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support internal teams by sharing product expertise and contributing to the development of the Instruments team’s knowledge.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, maintaining uptodate product and industry knowledge.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Instrument Manager.
  • Follow all Health & Safety guidelines, including PPE requirements, and ensure the safety of visitors, contractors, and partners on site.
