Within Diamond Cellar is Carousel, a fast-growing aftercare and logistics partner for luxury jewelry and accessories brands. We provide white-glove services that include warehousing, order fulfillment, repairs, returns management, and international logistics. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics & Customs Coordinator to join our team.
What will you do as the Shipping & Logistics Coordinator?
We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to support our fulfillment, shipping, and inventory processes. This is not a typical warehouse role. You’ll be handling both high-value and sentimental items, supporting brand presentation standards, and ensuring every order and shipment meets the expectations of luxury clients.
You’ll work across order fulfillment, shipping coordination, inventory management, and internal operations.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high level of accuracy and care
- Prepare shipments using brand-specific packaging and presentation standards
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments (FedEx, UPS, DHL)
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues or delays
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory and returns
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
- Support repair intake and outbound logistics
- Follow and improve internal SOPs for fulfillment and operations
- Ensure all handling meets security and quality standards for high-value goods
What are we looking for in a Shipping & Logistics Coordinator?
- Extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Take pride in doing things correctly, not just quickly and are comfortable handling high-value items responsibly
- Experience with shipping platforms or order systems (Shopify, Shippo, Airtable etc.)
- Able to follow structured processes while also identifying improvements
- Take care in your work including presentation, packaging, and customer experience
- Experience in jewelry, watches, or luxury goods, a plus
- Experience with international shipping and customs documentation, a plus
- Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse tools, a plus
