About the Team The Creator Acquisition Team identifies and onboards creators, leads market development efforts to uncover new growth segments and strategically shape the supply of creators based on category needs, performance potential, and platform priorities
Responsibilities
- High-Follower Creator & Celebrity Acquisition
- Identify, engage, and onboard high-profile creators, celebrities, public figures, and top-tier influencers to drive platform growth and affiliate ecosystem performance.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies to attract targeted creators.
- Negotiate partnership terms, campaign participation, and long-term collaboration opportunities with creators and talent representatives.
- Strategic Account Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for top creators, celebrities, and strategic creator partners.
- Analyze creator performance, audience engagement, and commercial outcomes to identify growth opportunities and unlock additional business potential.
- Develop customized growth plans and partnership strategies to maximize creator success and contribution to the platform ecosystem.
- Creator Partnership Programs & Campaign Collaboration
- Support the planning and execution of creator- and celebrity-focused initiatives, events, and partnership programs that strengthen the platform's creator ecosystem.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely execution and alignment with project objectives. Track project progress, identify risks, and provide recommendations to optimize outcomes and creator engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal and cross-functional teams to maximize creator impact and ensure seamless execution.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, celebrity partnerships, talent management, creator acquisition, business development, or related fields.
- Proven track record in acquiring, managing, or collaborating with high-profile creators, influencers, celebrities, or talent agencies.
- Strong understanding of the creator economy, social media platforms, and e-commerce ecosystems.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage performance data and market insights to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or creator commerce is highly preferred.
- Existing network within the influencer, talent agency, media, or entertainment industry is an advantage.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and high-growth environment.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Passion for creator ecosystem development, talent partnerships, and emerging digital trends.
