The Benefits Administrator is responsible for the administration, compliance, and communication of employee benefit programs across the organization, which includes both union and non-union employees. This role ensures accurate enrollment, eligibility, and recordkeeping while serving as a knowledgeable resource for employees, management, and union representatives. The Benefits Administrator partners closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to deliver high-quality benefits service and support.
