Joining JSA with the world's largest autograph exemplar library, this is your chance to work with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world.
Whether it’s a Hall of Famer’s baseball, a Hollywood legend’s movie poster, or a rare historical document, every autograph has a tale to tell. In this role, you’ll work hands-on with some of the most exciting collectibles in the world, using our expertise to protect their value and preserve their legacy for fans and collectors alike.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for producing letters and preparing authentication documents while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
ABOUT US
On April 1st, 2024, Certified Collectibles Group® (CCG®), the leader in authenticating and grading collectibles acquired James Spence Authentication® (JSA®), the leader in autograph authentication. The combination of CCG and JSA will provide collectors and dealers with a seamless solution to have autographed collectibles authenticated, graded and encapsulated by the world’s top experts.
WHAT YOU WILL SO AS A DATA ENTRY AND CUSTOMER SPECIALIST:
- Producing letters of authentication with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Contacting customers to gather necessary information and ensuring the timely delivery of documents
- Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and document production
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
WHAT MAKES YOU THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role that requires strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Skills: Data entry, customer service, attention to detail, multitasking, contacting customers
