Moderates, creates, and maintains FMEAs (D-FMEA, P-FMEA), including the derivation of special characteristics and production control plans (PCP).
Contributes to the development of test methods and equipment, including concept approvals.
Initiates and supports statistical process control within the project launch.
Initiates and maintains IMDS requirements until successful PPAP release.
Handles and maintains quality relevant topics in customer portals.
Prepares and supports gate relevant work packages on time.
Supports the prototype production and delivery approval.
Supports run@rates, including the creation of initial product audit checklists.
Participates in process and system audits within the organization.
Supports the Plant Quality Engineer in the initial sampling procedure (PPAP/PPA) during the project launch phase.
