Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a field of Engineering.
8+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, business strategy, or a closely related role driving outcomes for B2B software or technology products.
Demonstrated track record of taking a B2B software product or platform from concept through to successful market launch, or re-launching a product to market.
Experience working directly with enterprise customers — including discovery, advisory boards, QBRs, or beta programs
Demonstrated success executing market/competitive analysis, customer discovery, development of value propositions, and product roadmap prioritization.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional execution across development, UX, QA, documentation, marketing, sales, and customer success.
Experience influencing and measuring business results such as ARR growth, product adoption, and customer retention and satisfaction.
Ability to translate ambiguous problems into clear narratives, decisions, and actionable plans.
Experience modernizing or evolving legacy software platforms.
Familiarity with cloud‑enabled, interoperable, or AI‑assisted software solutions.
Proven track record of managing complex, high-impact projects with strict deadlines and high expectations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex subjects to non-experts and communicate ideas effectively to executive leadership. Comfortable speaking to large audiences of technical professionals.
Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights that improve products and features.
