On-Call Maintenance Tech - 3

Judson Park in Des Moines, WA, a HumanGood community nationally rated as Best Independent Living and Best Memory Care of 2025-2026 by U.S News & World Report, is looking for a passionate on call Maintenance Tech-3 to join our Building & Grounds team!

The Maintenance Technician III/ Lead Tech performs skilled work in the specialized and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of heating and air conditioning systems and building systems and equipment. 

On Call Schedule: Typical shifts will be Monday-Friday from 8AM - 4PM, with occasional weekend shifts. Weekend availability is preferred. Potential for full time hours.  Pay Range: $33.00-$43.00 per hour, depending on experience
