Home Health: Speech Language Pathologist/Speech Therapist

The Speech Language Pathologist/Speech Therapist is responsible for implementation of standards of care for speech-language pathology services and for adherence to all conditions in the Service Agreement.

Position: Speech Language Pathologist/Speech Therapist for Home Health Hourly + PPV: $45 hourly, depending on experience plus Pay-Per-Visit: Therapy SOC $145. Therapy Eval, Recert, Oasis Discharge, Reassess $85 and Therapy Visit $70 Service Area: Southeast Metro (coverage area: Hastings, Afton, Farmington, Inver Grove Heights, Cottage Grove, South St. Paul, West St. Paul, St. Paul Park, Rosemount, Eagan, Woodbury & surrounding). Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile.
