Home Health: RN Visit Nurse (South Central)

The RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Position: RN Visit Nurse for Home Health Pay Rate: $125/shift + $70/visit completed. Plus, mileage reimbursement of 72.5 cents per mile. Service Area: South Central (coverage area: St. Louis Park, Richfield, Bloomington, Burnsville, Lakeville & surrounding). Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm
