About the Roles: 

As a Medical Receptionist you will be working as part of a supportive team, this role offers variety across Auckland sites and the opportunity to build strong relationships with both patients and clinical staff. 

We have two full-time roles available. One role will be predominantly based in Greenlane and the other in Henderson; however, both positions will require flexibility to work across all our Auckland sites. 

What you'll be doing: 

  • Be the first point of contact for patients — in person, over the phone and via email 

  • Book appointments, manage referrals, and handle general enquiries 

  • Provide clear communication and support throughout the patient journey

  • Liaise with clinical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold high standards of professionalism

  • Working across multiple locations in Auckland 

 

What we're looking for: 

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administration role (healthcare preferred but not essential) 

  • A friendly, empathetic, and professional approach 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 

  • Confident using booking systems and Microsoft Office (training provided)
