Job Description
- Assisting in organizing event, managing social media calendar
- Assisting in preparing marketing collaterals for residential projects
- Assisting in collecting information about property market, social-economic conditions
- Assisting in property data consolidation, presentation
- Assisting in documentation and other clerical jobs that are non-classified in nature
- Other tasks assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Students of fresh graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / Economics or relating majors
- Proven basic knowledge in economics, marketing, property market
- Detailed oriented, ability to handle multi-tasks
- Experience with data analysis, market research
- Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) as a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative.
- Passion for market research, branding and storytelling.
