DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

The Finance Manager ANZ is responsible for managing the region’s cash, liquidity, and financial risk (incl. FX), ensuring that financial assets (notably working capital) are utilized efficiently, and in line with corporate goals.

The role reports to the Head of Accounting and Audit ANZ, and will work with Group, Regional and Countries organizations to oversee daily, monthly reporting activities in line with Group requirements and timeline, secure smooth year end process from reporting to financial statements validation and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

 We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations at our distribution warehouse. This role is crucial in ensuring the accurate and efficient handling, storage and dispatch of hardware, components, and accessories. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse environment and will be a team player with strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

As the Warehouse Assistant, you will:

  • Receive, unpack, and check incoming stock against delivery documents.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
  • Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse, ensuring products are stored safely and efficiently.
  • Update inventory records using the ERP system.
  • Support the Warehouse Manager with regular stock takes as directed.
  • Follow all health and safety procedures and company guidelines.
  • Handle logistics coordination and documentation tasks as directed by the Warehouse Manager.
  • Help load and unload shipments, using appropriate manual handling or forklift techniques.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Operations, Technical, Finance) to support customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
  • Report any stock discrepancies, damage, or shipment delays promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Warehouse Assistant:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution role.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse technology (eg. WMS, barcode scanning, ERP integration).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability in performing routine tasks.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving boxes as needed.
  • Forklift certification and knowledge of health & safety standards.
