Job Description
The Treasury Management Support Specialist 1 works both independently and with the Treasury Management (TM) department and other areas of the Credit Union. Key responsibilities include opening and maintaining deposit accounts, onboarding treasury management service members, and handling member communications and inquiries. This role requires a thorough understanding of Treasury products, services, policies, and procedures to assist members and prospects effectively. The specialist supports TM Relationship Managers and VP TM by accurately executing documentation for account opening, servicing, and TM product setups. Additionally, they manage sales and operational communications, referrals, and appointments, and act as a liaison between Treasury Management and other departments.
