Technical Manager – Relocation to Spain

Lead a technical team, coordinating key project areas and ensuring excellence throughout all phases of the system lifecycle. Assign tasks , monitor workload, and support the resolution of technical blockers. Coordinate the design , development, integration, and validation of avionics systems. Manage the system lifecycle , from requirements definition through to entry into service. Ensure compliance with applicable regulation s, standards, and best practices for avionics and safety‑critical systems (DO-178, DO-254, ARINC, etc., as applicable). Act as the technical interface with other departments, customers, and project stakeholders.
