Your Responsibilities:
- Support the purchasing process by creating purchase order requisitions and receipts for IT
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and Business teams to manage IT services, planning, budgeting, procurement, and cost control
- Facilitate transparency and service allocation through comprehensive reporting on financials, projects, and resources
- Analyze IT project and operational costs, and control variances against plan in cooperation with Project Managers and Budget Owners
- Implement IT service management and governance across the function
Your Profile:
- Degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a comparable field
- Experience in IT controlling, project management, or working with IT and finance teams
- Background in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including cross-functional collaboration
- Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German skills are a plus
