Hamilton Grove is seeking a reliable Maintenance Lead I to help maintain our campus and create a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
Responsibilities
- Maintain grounds (mowing, trimming, snow/debris removal)
- Perform routine and emergency repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry)
- Service heating and cooling systems
- Complete preventative maintenance and follow schedules
- Safely operate tools and equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC certification preferred)
- General maintenance knowledge and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 75 lbs occasionally
- Frequent walking, bending, and lifting
