Location: Hatfield, PA | Onsite
Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00/hour
Duration: 10-week internship
As a Master Data/Product Data Intern, you’ll play a key role in how products go from an idea to something that can actually be made, shipped, and sold. In this role, you’ll help improve how we manage important product information, such as ingredients, materials, and specifications, by turning unstructured documents into clear, organized data our systems can use. This hands-on internship is designed to give you real experience and exposure to how product data supports the business. You’ll learn how information flows from initial concept through production and all the way to store shelves.
What You’ll Do
You’ll help take product information from files like PDFs and Word documents and turn it into organized data that can be uploaded into our systems.
This includes:
- Converting product specifications into Excel or system-ready formats
- Creating and organizing standardized dropdowns (such as inspection criteria and quality checks)
- Cleaning and structuring data so it’s consistent and easy to use
- Reviewing product information for accuracy and completeness
- Identifying, reviewing, and organizing product images to ensure the right visuals are available
A Day in the Life
On a typical day, you might:
- Convert a product document into a clean, organized format
- Build dropdown lists for quality or inspection standards
- Review and tag product images that meet requirements
- Identify missing images and help source or create them
- Work with teammates to clarify missing or unclear information
- Help improve how we organize and standardize product data
By the end of the program, you’ll understand how data drives operations and how your work directly impacts getting products out the door.
What We’re Looking For
- Current college student or recent graduate (Business, Supply Chain, MIS, Food Science, or a related field preferred, but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in data, systems, or supply chain operations
- Comfortable working in Excel (basic formulas, sorting, and filtering
- Able to work through repetitive tasks with accuracy
- Strong communication skills and willingness to ask questions and collaborate
