Instructor Simulator Flight PTOC CIP NASNI R Helo

 The Part-time On Call (PTOC) Flight Simulator Instructor, Contract Instructor Pilot
(CIP), reports directly to the Contraction Instruction Services Site Manager.
The CIP's specific job responsibilities are as follows: 

Conduct simulator operations and simulator flight training for the MH-60R
aircraft. This training will include but not limited to aircraft systems,
operating procedures, tactical employment of the MH-60R aircraft and to include
flight briefs and debriefs. The CIP will assist in teaching, updating and maintenance of related

curriculum syllabi, which will include but not limited to instructor lesson guides, simulator
scenarios, computer-based training, classroom lectures, and other tasks as designated
by the Site Manager/Lead Instructor.  

Requires mental alertness and acute concentration for long periods of time during
training scenarios. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in
English. Physical ability to walk, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of
time (2 hours+), be able to climb 2 flights of stairs, to climb open grated
ladders for cockpit access, to lift and carry 50 pounds is required. Must
present a professional appearance in demeanor and dress at all times.

A PTOC CIP must be, or have been, a qualified helicopter aircraft commander in
the MH-60R command or qualified MH-60R CIP within the preceding (5) years, completed at

least one operational tour, possess both rotary and fixed wing experience and have

a minimum total of 1000 flying hours in combination of military or civilian flight time, 800 of
which must be in model. FRS instructional tour preferred.

The applicant must be a US citizen, possess the ability to obtain a US passport
and must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

Applicant will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet
eligibility requirements to receive and maintain a SECRET clearance allowing
access to classified information.
