Job Description
Valiant Global Defense (VGD), a leader in the Defense Services industry, is looking for an experienced, highly skilled Digital Training Instructor to join our professional team at the Clarke Simulations Center located on Fort Benning, GA.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee will conduct basic operator training for Force Twenty One Battle Command Brigade and Below-Joint Capabilities Release (FBCB2-JCR) and Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P). Conduct basic operator and sustainment training for FBCB2-JCR and JBC-P. Conduct basic operator and sustainment training for Command Post of the Future (CPoF). Revise digital training and exercise support materials for MCoE instruction of assigned MC, C2, and constructive exercise systems. Distribute end-of-course critique to each student for completion, collect critiques, and analyze critique feedback. Perform daily and weekly operational checks of classroom computers, Systems, and Networks used in the instruction of MC systems/simulations and audio visual equipment in accordance with standards established by the MCoE. Assist in the operational testing of hardware, software, and databases.Maintain accountability and operation of the Government-furnished equipment (GFE) (to include audio visual). Conduct a technical or “in-house” after action review (AAR) within three working days after the completion of a training event/exercise. Will perform other duties in support of the mission, as assigned.
MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have prior experience in FBCB2-BFT instruction.
- Must have graduated from the Army Instructor Training Course or equivalent level course.
- Graduate of Advanced Leaders Course (ALC) or equivalent level of military schooling.
- Must have understanding of military tactics and doctrine.
- You will be required to go through a train-the-trainer certification in the approved MC system and Gaming applications.
- Must have working knowledge of FBCB2--BFT and/or FBCB2-JCR.
- Must have working knowledge of Command Post of the Future (CPoF).
- Working knowledge revise digital training and exercise support materials for MCoE instruction of assigned MC, C2, and constructive exercise systems. (Training support materials include but are not limited to practical exercises, visual aids, and examinations.)
- Must be registered in the ATCTS (Army Training Certification Tracking System) at commencement of services.
- Applicant selected will be subject to government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to access classified information.
- Must have a SECRET Clearance.
- Proficient in the English language with good communication skills.
