Job Description
Reports To: FOH Manager
Job Summary:
Busser will provide restaurant cleanliness, preparation and assistance services throughout the restaurant.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- None
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Arrange table settings and folds napkins according to restaurant standard.
- Clears, cleans, and sanitizes tables.
- Maintains, cleans, and sanitizes workstations.
- Refills condiments or other supplies.
- Follows all safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations to ensure quality food service.
- Collect plates and clears the table as customers finish their meals.
- Replenishes plates, utensils, cups, etc. for the servers.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Sweep and maintain the parking lot clean
- Make sure the customer bathrooms are always clean and filled with necessary items
- Maintain the dining room floors, by sweeping and mopping at the end of the night.
- Take care of all the trash in the dining room
- Fills the ice stations
- Sets the entirety of the restaurant before opening
- First ones in, last ones out
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to read and follow instructions.
- Understanding of proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Food handler certification
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods standing and walking.
- You must be able to access and navigate all areas of the restaurant.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
