Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Activities Director in planning and providing an ongoing program of activities for residents and patients in a long-term care and short-term rehabilitation setting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Clear and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of practice required.
  • Prior recreational activities CNA experience a plus, or experience in a Short-Term rehabilitation or Long-Term Care setting.
