About the role
This permanent full-time role is for an experienced and skilled Endorsed Enrolled Nurse. Based at Braeside Hospital in Prairiewood you will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the best nursing care and advice to patients.

About you
Experience in Palliative care or interest in working in this specialist area
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
Able to work a rotating roster
Experience working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds and other language skills
Willingness to travel between HammondCare’s sites and services
Sound computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy and patience
