Core Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable for the final evaluation of the LEGO elements on all aspects (weight, measurements, function and visual) and have the mandate to reject or approve an element
- Act as the ambassador of the right LEGO quality level
- Keep the documentation updated and ready to pass on to the next step
- Be active in the department, supporting cross sites/functions tasks. (e.g. LCI, participate in PPS, etc.)
- Act as a key person in the building system giving guidance to local stakeholders when asked; and be the owner for the activities triggered
- Keep strong collaboration around the building system and quality issues to others
- Contribute to the approval process using it to be curious and ask questions, making suggestions when applicable
- Lead rejections with containment, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
Do you have what it takes?
- Preferable degree from any relevant faculty
- Proven experience from manufacturing industry (Quality experience is an advantage)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in SAP
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills
- Teamwork mentality
