About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day functioning of the Global Marketing Team, driving efficient processes, cross-team coordination, reporting, and project execution. This is a pivotal operations-focused role that ensures seamless collaboration between marketing, creative, content, and performance teams across our network of institutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Project & Campaign Coordination: Support the delivery of global marketing campaigns and initiatives by tracking timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

• Team & Stakeholder Support: Act as a central point of coordination between cross functional teams and regional stakeholders, ensuring clear information flow and task follow-through. Where needed, arrange face-to-face calls to clarify briefs and avoid misalignment.

• Reporting & Performance Monitoring: Collate data from various teams to support the creation of marketing performance reports and dashboards.

• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Maintain shared folders, ensure campaign materials are archived correctly, and assist with onboarding documentation for new team members.

Experience & Skills

• Strong organizational and project coordination skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com)

• Experience working in Salesforce is a plus

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset

• Ability to collaborate across global, multicultural teams

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, or operations

• Experience with Salesforce is a plus

• Prior experience in education or a global marketing team is desirable
