Job Summary:
Position Responsibilities:
- Arrange Institution Business execution with coordination RDSM for IRS Business for Karachi & Multan.
- After receiving the orders after receipt of the payments & ensure to prepare DA'S immediately as per approved institutional rates.
- Post DA'S in system BPCS, print pick slips Acknowledgement, verify rates, quantities and send pick slips, Acknowledgement to concern depot.
- Manage the account ledger Karachi /Multan depot on monthly basis and reconcile with Manager Institutional Business Services.
- Execute all orders of Army /GOP timely and arrange all required documents for shipment, Keep close liaison with all satellite depot for receiving stock at destination. Gathered acknowledge DC from all stations for onward process.
- Strongly follow up of timely dispatches of stocks pertaining to both Landhi & Korangi plants after receipt of payments.
- Regular follow ups for orders and advance payments from Hospitals, Stockiest and Institutions.
- To verify all documents received from institutional distributors regarding their claims and hand over to concern person for posting of Credit note in system.
- Ensure to verify customer’s Accounts Statements with (BPCS AS 400 balances) of Karachi on monthly basis.
- To arrange keep all customer record DA’S, Pick slips, Payment receipts and correspondence filling up date.
- To verify all documents/claims received from Debtors Buyers for refund of Advance/Service charges, submit documents after verification to Accounts for early payment to customers.
- Arranging transport for Army & PAF inspectors for inspection of products at Landhi & Korangi plants. Preparation of Bills for Army, PAF & Local Army supplies.
- Closely monitor the MSD Quetta /EDO Sindh/Army Business for prompt execution the orders timely.
- Support to Manager Institutional Business Services for manage IRS claims by IRS Karachi & Multan. Keep close liaison with Finance team till the clearance of all claims.
- Manage other jobs as and when assigned by superiors.
Education, Experience and Knowledge:
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Institutional Business.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
