Talent Acquisition Specialist
Division: Global Talent Acquisition
Your role at Abbott
- Build a deep understanding of business objectives, workforce plans, and talent needs
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to define role requirements, critical skills, and experience
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies for internal and external talent
- Develop proactive sourcing approaches using market insights, professional networks, and internal programs
- Provide strategic market intelligence, including talent availability, competitor insights, and hiring trends
- Create and execute go‑to‑market attraction strategies aligned with employer branding
- Set and manage expectations with hiring leaders, stakeholders, and candidates throughout the process
- Drive the full Talent Acquisition lifecycle, leveraging systems and tools to ensure timely, high‑quality hiring
- Deliver a consistently positive and inclusive candidate experience
What you bring
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- A proactive, enthusiastic mindset with a strong drive to deliver results
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken)
