Description

As part of the OPS Software team, you will support InTechnology’s global Clear Aligners mass‑production platform. In this role, you will focus on understanding, analyzing, and systematizing complex, highly distributed manufacturing systems to improve scalability, efficiency, and reliability.


You will work closely with Operations Engineering and cross‑functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes by automating manual operations, reducing workarounds, supporting new feature implementations, and helping build robust, well‑documented operational solutions.


You will be part of a multicultural, multinational development organization, collaborating with teams across regions and sharing best practices in data‑driven decision making.


Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Eliciting, clarifying, and validating functional and non‑functional requirements with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creating, maintaining, and reviewing formal documentation (SRS, RTM)
  • Supporting formal documentation reviews and approvals with stakeholders
  • Performing statistical and data‑driven analysis using data from databases and data lakes, including: 
    • Impact, success‑rate, and applicability analyses
    • Analytical support for specific process issues and new features
  • Collecting, structuring, and automating datasets for analysis
  • Organizing dataset labeling activities to establish reliable ground truth
  • Visualizing business and operational metrics using raw data from internal systems to support business decisions
  • Presenting analysis results and insights to stakeholders
  • Supporting the Stage Gate process from a documentation and analysis perspective
Technology Stack
As a Business Analyst, you will regularly work with the following tools and technologies:
  • SQL
  • Aginity Pro, SQuirreL
  • Excel
  • Python
  • Splunk
  • Power BI


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Required:
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong SQL and Excel skills
  • Experience supporting multiple parallel initiatives
  • Experience creating and maintaining formal documentation
  • Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
  • English level B2 or higher
Preferred / Nice to Have:
  • Understanding of manufacturing or industrial processes
  • Mathematical background (optimization methods, linear algebra, analytical geometry)
  • Experience with Python
  • Exposure to 3D computational software development
  • Spanish and/or Chinese language skills
