Description
This position will be located in the Petah Tikva, Israel and will be responsible for providing financial support to iTero senior leadership and Vp’s. The candidate should possess strong accounting and analytical skills, a thorough knowledge of the principles of accounting, ability to work across cultures in a fast-paced environment. The position will work closely with the global opex divisions teams with focus on R&D, marketing and portfolio to analyze business trends, provide financial guidance and be a key contributor to the achievement of the iTero business financial targets
Key Responsibilities
- Perform monthly closing activities including preparation and approval of journal entries, and purchase requisitions.
- Participation in the process of building the company's annual budget. Work closely with iTero staff on building the AOP and LRS.
- Interact with Internal Audit and the independent public accounting firm on quarterly reviews and/or annual audit including Sarbanes Oxley(SOX) matters.
- Focus on OPEX, HC, Facilities and update the global models, create new KPI’s for the business, work closely and support the senior leadership in the decision-making process.
- Work closely with HR, management on the resource allocation and the iTero reorganization which is critical to support iTero extensive growth in the next couple of years.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management.
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
In this role, you’ll need …
- BS in Accounting, Economics or equivalent is required.
- Self-confidence and ability to prepare and present to senior leadership
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning.
- Thorough understanding of Operating Expense - Advantage
- High level English required
- Strong Excel and Power Point capabilities is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of fully integrated ERP systems (Experience with SAP is a plus) - - Advantage
