Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the organization and continuous improvement of internal HR knowledge bases (e.g., HR chatbot content, policy libraries, FAQs).
- Collaborate in the design and testing of tools [including AI-powered] to enhance employee self-service experiences.
- Analyze usage data and employee feedback to identify content gaps and areas for improvement.
- Assist in the creation of conversational flows and knowledge articles for the AI agents.
- Stay up to date with trends in generative AI and knowledge management to propose innovative enhancements.
- Help ensure all materials are aligned with HR processes, policies, and branding.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Senior-year students in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or related fields (at least 80% completed or graduated without experience).
- Passion for human resources, digital tools, and innovation in HR thru AI technologies.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to simplify complex information.I
- Interest in knowledge management systems is a plus.
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Duration: 6 months.
- Modality: 100% on-site at our corporate office in Belén, Heredia.
- Minimum availability: 3 full days per week (approx. 28 hours weekly).
