We’re looking for our next Intern – Groups, Sales & Events!
Starting date: July/August 2026 | Minimum 6 months

At The Hoxton, Brussels, we do things a little differently. Our doors are always open, and we love creating spaces where guests feel at home – whether they’re here for a meeting, an event, or just a good time.

We’re now on the lookout for a passionate Groups, Sales & Events Intern to join our lively team. This is a great opportunity to learn the ins and outs of hotel sales, group bookings, and events in one of Brussels’ most exciting hospitality environments.

Job Description

What you’ll do:

• Support the Groups, Sales & Events team with day-to-day operations.
• Assist in managing group bookings, event inquiries, and proposals.
• Help coordinate details to make sure every event runs smoothly.
• Work closely with the wider hotel team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
• Learn how we turn creative ideas into successful events.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

• You’re studying hospitality, events, or a related field (ideally in your last year of studies)
• You’re available for at least 6 months from July/August 2026.
• You’re comfortable communicating in both French and English – any other language is a plus!
• You’re proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• You enjoy working with people and have a flair for organization.
• You bring good vibes, a can-do attitude, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
