Expression of Interest - Senior People & Culture Advisor

CIMIC is seeking an experienced and high‑calibre Senior People & Culture Advisor to support the development and execution of the Group’s people and culture strategy. This role is critical in enabling strong governance, evidence‑based decision‑making and effective coordination across complex enterprise‑wide people initiatives.

Working closely with the Head of People & Culture Strategy, you will provide strategic, analytical and advisory support that bridges strategy and execution—ensuring initiatives are well designed, informed by insights and positioned for successful adoption across the organisation. Due to the nature of the role the successful individual must be based in our NSW office. We are currently only accepting internal applications for this position.
