Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Learning, Development & Diversity to lead the Group’s learning and workforce inclusion agenda and ensure these disciplines deliver practical, measurable value to the business. Reporting directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer, this role is a key member of the Group People & Culture leadership team and combines enterprise-level strategy with strong operational ownership and delivery.
This role requires a leader who can shape direction, influence executives and drive consistent execution across a decentralised organisation — ensuring learning and diversity initiatives are embedded into how work is done across projects, functions and businesses. This role can be based on our NSW, VIC of QLD CIMIC office. We are currently only accepting internal applications for this position.
