Job Description
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field; Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and problem-solving Experience using quality and data analysis tools Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and control plans Attention to detail with a structured and proactive approach to continuous improvement Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with production and engineering teams Fluent in English Responsibilities Perform analysis of quality defects detected during production. Supervise the implementation of all controls and measures specified in control plans and inspection instructions. Participate in the handling of customer complaints by analyzing defects and proposing corrective actions and improvement initiatives. Closely monitor repair operations and additional inspections on production lines. Supervise in-process and final quality assurance inspections and support decisions on the acceptance or rejection of product batches. Record analysis results and scrap data. Support shift leaders in employee training. Monitor performance with regard to key activity indicators (FTF, scrap, etc.).
