Job Description
Qualifications Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Strong technical expertise with in-depth understanding of production planning, MRP, and supply chain processes Proven experience in a similar senior role within manufacturing or automotive environments Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus Strong knowledge of SAP (PP/MM) and production planning systems Demonstrated ability to manage complex planning scenarios, capacity constraints, and cross-functional coordination Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven and problem-solving mindset Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at multiple levels High level of ownership, autonomy, and ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives Responsibilities Production control and MRP (Material Requirements Planning) management Daily review of production and delivery status Management of production orders, missing parts, and sales planner requirements Supplier coordination: monitor shipments and resolve issues/objections Leveling and scheduling APU production at line and daily level Capacity planning, quantity determination, and material staging planning Release of production orders and processing SAP exception messages Planning and management of C-parts for APU Ensure compliance with S OP processes at APU level Support MEC workflow processes and cost-efficient implementation of engineering changes Follow-up on production order execution (COGI, backlog, reservations, exceptions)
