Job Description
The Parts Specialist supports the product planning function including lifecycle management, product ideas, new product introduction coordination from concept to production focusing on service parts. Additional primary functions of this role include offering input on parts support & ISPO for machinery, applying pricing according to the designated model, providing administrative services to the team, and coordinating multiple projects within the department. The role can be enhanced by someone willing to learn and use AI to improve efficiency.

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Product Management team in a manner consistent with the highest level of performance and professionalism
- Handle confidential material and coordination of day-to-day workflow which may include calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Utilize various software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare presentations, reports, agendas, and other departmental documents, AI experience is a plus
- Produce scheduled periodic reports and data analysis extracted from a variety of sources
- Maintain database for Parts administration ensuring data integrity
- Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional team members to facilitate projects, opportunities, and requests for product management team
- Leverage the core values and culture to drive accountability and engagement
- Represent high level of ethical, intellectual, professional, and personal values that complement the team
- Promote cooperation within the team and between teams
- Assist Product Management team as needed for a variety of activities including one-off tasks and projects
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Certifications And Licenses
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required
- Some college, associates or bachelor’s degree, preferred
Competencies
- One to three years’ project management or administration experience preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment
- Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, required
- Experience working with SAP and Salesforce, a plus
- Strong organization skills to include detailed work habits and efficiency with time management
- Enthusiasm to continually learn and develop, and take on new responsibilities as the business evolves
- Energetic, self-starter with an inherent positive outlook
- Ability to effectively communicate detailed information verbally, in person and through written channels at all levels internally and externally
- Ability to work unsupervised, and perform tasks with an action-oriented and proactive mentality
- Maintain confidentiality of work-related information
- Willingness to work extended hours to complete a job when required to meet deadlines
