Order Fulfillment Associate

Overview

The Order Fulfillment Associate supports the execution of e-commerce programs by ensuring orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Review daily workload, prioritize shipments, and manage multiple programs concurrently.
• Process, pack, and ship orders with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain organization while handling multiple orders and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members in a virtual environment.
• Accurately enter and manage data, with strong attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
• Follow program timelines and checklists to ensure timely and high-quality completion of tasks.
• Support inventory management activities.
• Navigate multiple online systems and platforms efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with shipping platforms such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
• Previous e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and program needs.
