Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Required: Two years experience in a Human Resource Department or in an area with a great deal of public contact.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Responsibilities
- Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
- Supports HR operations by identifying and recommending process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Ensures accurate processing and maintenance of employee records, job changes, and HRIS data.
- Monitors compliance for licensure, certifications, competencies, and required employment documentation (including I-9s).
- Processes certification reimbursements and other employee-related transactions per policy.
- Supports onboarding and lifecycle processes, including new hire, transfer, rehire, and return-to-work workflows.
- Collaborates with HR, Recruitment, Payroll, and Employee Health to resolve discrepancies and ensure data integrity.
- Provides general HR administrative support and cross-coverage, including front desk support and employee events.

- Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care and services appropriate to the population served on the assigned unit or work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Pay Range
