What You’ll Do
Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
Complete assessments, wound care, and medication management
Collaborate with care teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
Deliver compassionate support to patients and families
Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements
Active Texas RN license
1+ year clinical experience (home health preferred but not required)
CPR certification
Reliable transportation
Strong communication & documentation skills
Ability to work independently in the field
