[LTA-PT] DEPUTY / ASSISTANT MANAGER, RISK AND COMPLIANCE

[What you will be working on]

InfraCo SG oversees the full spectrum of facility management and operations of the RTS Link Woodlands North Station, a dedicated cross-border rail station connecting Singapore and Malaysia. The division is responsible for ensuring the station functions safely, reliably, and to the standards expected of Singapore's public transport network. Beyond operational excellence, the division is committed to cultivating a station experience and identity that reflects the significance of Woodlands North as a gateway between the two countries.

You will be part of the team to ensure the station’s compliance to statutory and project requirements and that all licensing submissions, regulatory returns and agency obligations are met on time and to the required standard. You will play a key role in:

  • Develop and maintain the station's regulatory compliance register, tracking all statutory obligations, licensing requirements, submission deadlines, and renewal timelines across applicable regulatory frameworks.
     

  • Develop and maintain the division's risk register, assess regulatory and operational risk exposure, escalate material risks, and recommend mitigating actions.
     

  • Work with relevant contractors and stakeholders to manage all statutory licensing submissions and renewals.
     

  • Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies on compliance matters.
     

  • Monitor regulatory developments and legislative changes affecting station operations, assess implications, and recommend adjustments to internal governance frameworks accordingly.
     

  • Support bilateral meetings and governance forums on regulatory compliance matters as required.

[What we are looking for]

  • Knowledge in regulatory compliance, licensing management or statutory submissions in an infrastructure, transport or public sector environment.
     

  • Familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory framework for built environment and transport infrastructure is strongly advantageous.
     

  • Preferably 2 years of relevant working experience in project management, compliance, or related field.
     

  • Strong analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills with attention to details. Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence in liaising with stakeholders across all organisational levels.
     

  • Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail

  • Confident in liaising with government regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders across all levels.
     

  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple concurrent submission timelines.
