As Needed Position

Purpose Statement:

The Quest Facilitator is responsible for planning and delivering school-age programming for children at the middle school site. This role focuses on creating engaging activities that promote a safe, supportive, and enriching environment for all participants.
 

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

• A degree in Education is preferred but not required.

Experience & Skills:

• Experience working with children in 5th through 8th grade is highly beneficial.
• Ability to develop and implement engaging activities for students.
• Must meet the standards established by the National Afterschool Association Accreditation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement activities that encourage student engagement and participation.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all participants.
• Follow policies, procedures, and job responsibilities outlined for a Vacation Station Facilitator.
• Participate in professional development opportunities provided by Vacation Station and the Francis Howell School District.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Hours: As needed
  
   
• Salary: $17.74 per hour � Candidates with 60+ college credit hours
               $16.41 per hour � Candidates with fewer than 60 college credit hours
