Molding Line Assistant

Perform data entry, including SAP and recipe data according to the production schedule.

Assemble containers, package, label, wrap, and handle setup and clean-down of the molding line.

Prepare raw materials to ensure continuous line operation.

Follow GMP practices and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Communicate production details to incoming staff for smooth shift transitions.

Track inventory, clean magnets, and document CCP requirements.

Operate lift trucks safely.

Maintain cleanliness of the production room and follow sanitation schedules.

Ensure compliance with BCOS (Barry Callebaut Operating System), TPM/Lean Manufacturing standards, and adhere to all food and employee safety policies.

Perform and document HACCP, quality, and safety checks daily.
