Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, external/regulatory affairs, business or communications, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
3-5 years experience in writing, editing, and developing regulatory documents, sustainability reporting or communications, across a range of ESG topics, ideally in FMCG companies, EU institutions or consultancies.
Proven experience drafting and coordinating ESG disclosures, including CSRD, GRI, double materiality assessments, sustainability reports, and country‑level reporting
Experience in breaking down complex documents and information, distilling key messages, and tailoring them effectively for multiple target audiences
Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to build strong internal networks, negotiate, influence, and drive change
Fluent command of English - native speaker level is preferred.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the context of sustainability initiatives.
