All about the role:
*This is a temporary position (maternity cover) till the end of February 2028*
Maintaining right level of professional communication and collaboration between SC operational teams and dedicated market representatives (Demand Planning & Customer Service and Logistics). Supporting operational activities to achieve proper balance between service and Inventory. Following up on strategical KPI`s like: UFR PA, SSC, TAI, UFR MTO, OFR KRT, MUC, MUR, Stock Out`s, Sustainability, ERU, Filling rate, Finish goods, Inventory, operational cost.
What you’ll do:
Establish and maintain a communication channel between Demand planning and customer service with SC operational teams.
Coordinate SC operations and forward priorities to production planning and inside operations according to business requirements together with demand.
Analyze and report distribution demand plan fulfillment performance, based on stock level at the factories & distribution centers (RDCs).
Perform tasks aligned with the objectives of the business and its Key Performance Indicators.
Coordinate and maintain systems parameters, information and continuous improvement based on business requirements.
Contribute as a member of the Direct Deliveries Key User Group, being actively involved in analyzing, supporting, and enhancing supply related business cases.
Ensure time and transport composition confirmation and monitoring of incoming orders to final customers (Direct Deliveries).
Monitor & evaluate carriers performance for final destinations.
Together with purchasing and spot team, responsible to carry on frequent meetings with dedicate carriers.
Responsible for coordinating and supporting with specific business issues related to cluster.
Coordinate phase-in, phase-out to specific market.
Providing operational support (Supply Chain Planner) on request.
Role of project or process leader driving continuous improvement efforts.
Supporting Line Manager in daily operational tasks or in case of his absence.
Who you are:
Essential requirements:
Education in Business Management, Economics, Logistics (nice to have: Supply Chain management, Project Management)
Microsoft Excel, SAP APO/ECC, OTM (Oracle), (preferred: Power Point Intermediate level)
English level - C1
Background in Supply Chain management (lean management), Logistic (transportation) and Stakeholder management
Strong communication skills, focus on results, demonstrated strong time management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines, ability to work under pressure, flexible in operation, problem solving and decision maker, customer service oriented, continuous improvement mindset, proactiveness, analytic skills
Additional requirements:
Experience in Supply Chain in leading projects
Strong work ethic, team player and highly motivated, attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in work and deliverables, creative thinking to find innovative solutions and approaches to challenges, feeling comfortable in a role of being a leader
