As the Planning Analyst at DHL, you'll overcome daily logistical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. - Analyse and reporting of workflows– develop automated reporting formats
- Detailed data analysis on SKU behavior to optimize productivity in an automated picking system
- Proactive Qualitative analysis and business Insight
- Numerical analysis of raw data into accurate reports
- Reviewing reports from the Autostore Synq system to suggest Continuous improvement opportunities.
- Analytical problem solving and system planning; identifying opportunities for improvement
- Daily interaction with internal and external stakeholders
- Plan and assist in ensuring customers efficiencies are improved and maximised
Requirements
- Advanced MS Office; specifically MS Excel and MS and Access
- Experience to Automated warehouse environment preference with an Autostore system.
- Experience of Automation problem-solving ability and the ability to logically work through and find the source of errors.
- Advanced analytical & problem solving skills
- Experience within a 3PL environment and good warehouse knowledge
- Analytical and operational reasoning with the ability to generate and support innovation
- Personal resilience. Able to sustain a high level of energy and positivity during pressure
