Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and follow up on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Responsible for inventory management.
- Track daily activities and report to your superior.
- Ensure all shipments match invoices and are correctly recorded, while meeting KPIs and adhering to process flows.
- Guide and advise subordinates on daily operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and customer requirements.
- Manage and plan the daily workforce.
- Prepare discrepancy reports for any issues with incoming/outgoing cargo.
- Prepare incident reports for any damages or discrepancies during picking, shipping, or receiving.
Qualification & Skills:
- Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of working experience in a supervisory role preferably in warehouse setting environment.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
- Proficient in WMS and Microsoft Excel.
- Must be willing to work at Kawasan Perindustrian Bukit Rambai, Melaka.
