Role Summary

[Core Goals]
1.Manage infrastructures (warehouse, forklift, etc.) and resources (manpower, transport company, and transportation resources) necessary for logistics center operation in an optimal state, and discover and perform improvement tasks for efficient operation plan establishment and productivity enhancement according to the materials mobilization plan.
2.Maximize the operational efficiency of logistics resources and enhance customer satisfaction with logistics services by managing the appropriate inventory of the logistics center and establishing a warehousing and shipping plan based on the volume of materials mobilization.

Key Responsibilities

1. [Local Transportation Plan Establishment] On a fixed route, select trucks of an appropriate size in consideration of the weight/volume of cargo and the delivery destination, which change every day. If necessary, change the transport route.
2. [Local Transport Execution Management] Secure and take measures to respond to exceptions, such as shortage of vehicles, transportation delays, and traffic accidents.
3. [Logistics Center Operation Plan] Design the layout and process to operate the logistics center in consideration of the annual inventory and warehousing/shipping volume, calculate the appropriate manpower/equipment, and define the requirements of the operation system.
4. [Logistics Center Operation Management] Analyze operational performance and check capacity and inventory in the logistics center to streamline location/flow and ensure inventory accuracy.
5. [Warehousing, Shipping, and Inventory Management] Receive warehousing and shipping orders and inventory movement and VAS work requests of customers, and perform the relevant works.
6. [Transportation and Delivery Management] Check the departure and arrival information between the customer and the logistics center.
7. [Vehicle Booking Management] Establish a transport plan based on the quantity of goods transported of the shipper and manage the vehicle arrangement process.
8. [Logistics Center Management of Exceptions] Investigate exceptions occurring at the logistics center and prepare a response plan.
9. [Cargo Tracking / KPI Management ] Carry out location tracking for incoming and outgoing cargo, and prepare KPI data.
10. [Logistics Center Operation Issue Management] Prepare the current status for response to Logistics center operation issues & accidents.
11. [Logistics Center Outsourced Manpower Management] Establish the plan for using outsourced personnel.
12. [Logistics Center Equipment/Facility Management] Carry out an equipment/facility maintenance plan based on regulations, manuals, and safety rules.
13. [Management of Logistics Center Consumables] Carry out the plan to purchase/use consumables based on demand.
14. [Deriving Logistics Center Innovation Tasks / Checking Progress] Derive innovation tasks for cost reduction, and manage progress level.
