- Implement and enforce QHSE policies, procedures and standards.
- Conduct and coordinate regular inspections to ensure proper housekeeping conditions, safe work practices and compliance with QHSE requirements.
- Advise and intervene on unsafe situation and violations of safety practices.
- Conduct accident/incident investigation and work with management to prepare comprehensive recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize future recurrences.
- Assist in managing workplace injury, disability, and workers’ compensation cases. Perform hazard identification and environmental impact assessments to evaluate risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are in place.
- Monitor, compile and report HSE data regularly to identify trends and support continuous improvement.
- Conduct internal quality audits to assess and enhance performance against standards.
- Investigate nonconformities and assist departments in developing corrective actions.
- Review and track monthly quality objectives and KPIs. Develop and deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and QHSE trainings and maintain up-to-date training database.
- Plan and organize QHSE awareness activities and campaigns. Maintain QHSE records and prepare QHSE reports.
- Actively participate in the QHSE committee meetings and activities. Provide QHSE support to projects and services, i.e. compile QHSE files, risk assessments, etc.
- Provide support during external audits, client reviews, and regulatory inspections.
- Monitor compliance with international and local HSE regulations and standard
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety campaigns.
